The 2008 Annual Rock to North Little Rock St. Patrick's Day Parade begins at 1 p.m. at East 4th & Rector Streets (near the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Distribution Center) and will travel north on Rector to 3rd Street, to Sherman, turning left onto President Clinton Blvd., traveling through River Market, crossing the Main Street Bridge into North Little Rock, traveling through the Argenta Historic District ending at 6th and Main.
